Class Descriptions:

Muay Thai Kickboxing (60-75 Minutes)

Any one can take this class. Covered are basic combinations using footwork, jabs, crosses, hooks, low round kicks, body round kicks and straight knees. Different combinations of these basic moves make the class challenging and fun. Here you will learn the offensive and defensive fundamentals, which are the core foundation.
In this intense 60 minutes workout you will be doing a variety of combinations utilizing heavy bags and Thai Pads.To burn calories and fat, build and tone muscles, release stress and increase endurance; nothing beats a good heavy bag and Thai pad workout! This will give you the resistance you will need to make your body stronger.

Note: You will be put through conditioning drills for the Abs, Shoulders, Chest, Back and Buttocks during all sessions!!

Boxing (60-75 Minutes)

Any one can take this class. No kicks here. Covered are basic combinations using footwork, jab, cross, hook, uppercuts, slips and dips; which are the basic skills taught to those who want to train like a pro and develop a body like one! You will learn all the offensive and defensive fundamentals.

Note: You will be put through conditioning drills for the Abs, Shoulders, Chest, Back and Buttocks during all sessions!!

This intense fun workout utilizes the heavy bags to throw different punch combinations along with footwork and shadowboxing to enhance balance, cardiovascular conditioning and rhythm. Release your stress, tone up your body and get an excellent workout while learning how professionals train!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Possibly the premier ground-fighting martial art. Made famous by Royce Gracie in the early UFCs in the mid-1990’s, it specializes in submission grappling when both fighters are on the ground. Techniques include positional control (especially the “guard” position), and submissions such as chokes and arm locks.
