WORKOUT ON YOUR OWN DURING OPEN GYM HOURS

California Kickboxing and Fitness Club instructors are professional certified trainers who make pro fighters. They will teach you how to get in shape, tone up your muscles and kick off the fat! You will learn all the fundamentals through an intense workout using Focus mitts, Thai pads, Heavy bags and Free weights. During the session you will be working on heavy bags and Thai pads, which enforces one’s resistant training, this gives you a nice lean and well-defined physique! There is also a heavy emphasis placed on stretching, fighting stance, footwork, shadow boxing and, jump ropes. You will be put conditioning drills for the abs, chest, buttocks, shoulders and back providing you with a pro fighter’s work out routine that is holistic in utilizing all your major muscle groups. Boxing and Kickboxing are excellent cardiovascular workout; you will burn up to 800 calories in a one-hour class.

Our focus is placed on motivating the students through these exciting and intense workouts. What differentiate classes are the parts of the body used to strike with and the complexity of the combinations. What keeps them related is the intensity of the workout. You will get in the best shape of your life with our workouts!
